How long do citations take to go live?

Honest answer: most listings go live within days, the full set typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, and a handful of directories update on slower cycles measured in months. "In progress" means the directory has the submission and hasn't confirmed it yet. You can watch per-directory status in your dashboard the whole time.

What sites are included in the citations, and how many?

Your business is submitted to 46 local SEO directories, including Apple Maps, Bing, the BBB, the AI assistants ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, and the in-car navigation systems Ford, Fiat, and Audi ship. If I cancel my citation subscription, will my listings be removed?

Nothing is deleted the day you cancel. But citations are not a one-time job: directories keep updating your info from whatever they find around the web, so without a direct integration asserting your data, listings drift out of date and inconsistencies erode the trust that search engines and AI platforms place in your business. That is why one-time citation blasts spike and then fade. The subscription keeps every listing live, accurate, and synced with your GBP.

How many credits does a heat map scan cost, and do they roll over?

Credits are used for heat map scans only. The cost of a scan depends on your grid size and keyword count, so a 7×7 grid on one keyword costs a fraction of a 13×13 on five. Plain-English credit math with examples lives on the pricing page.
