Call Tracking

Two different things are being included. Call tracking as a capability, meaning recording, routing and attribution, is included in every CRM level. The phone numbers themselves are not, because numbers, minutes and texts are real carrier costs. Those come from a call tracking plan: in the United States, Starter is $49 a month for 15 numbers, 100 texts and 250 minutes, Pro is $149 for 45 numbers, 300 texts and 1,000 minutes, and Elite is $299 for 100 numbers, 600 texts and 6,000 minutes. There are limits, they are printed on each plan, and going past them is billed per unit rather than blocked.

No. Numbers, minutes and texts are billed from the day you buy a number, because they are real carrier costs rather than software. The rest of the platform is on the trial as normal, and you can add call tracking to your account at any point during or after it.

Anything past your plan allowance is billed per unit, and the rates are on each plan. On US Starter that is $4.00 per extra number, $0.15 per text and $0.05 per minute. Those rates get cheaper on bigger plans, which is why heavy usage is often worth a level up rather than paying overage. Numbers are available in 28 countries. Nine of them carry the Starter, Pro and Elite plans: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland and Estonia.
