What CRM adds

This capability is what the higher price buys, and every level has all of it.

Included from GBP & Heatmaps, at no extra charge

Past 100 locations, CRM is quoted as Enterprise. Heatmap credit allowances are separate from the CRM features and can be topped up on any level.

Not sure which level?

Work out your level

CRM is bounded by companies and locations together, so a small agency with many sub accounts can need a bigger level than a large one with few.

Where this plan stops

What CRM does not include

Citations are still an add-on at $20 a month per location, on CRM exactly as on GBP & Heatmaps, because you activate them per client rather than across the account.

Call tracking capability is included, but the phone numbers themselves are their own plan. See Call Tracking for numbers, minutes and texts.

Questions about this plan

So, the CRM packages also include the GBP + Heat Map Package and not two totally separate charges each month for both?

Yes, one charge. Every CRM level includes the full GBP and Heatmaps toolkit at no extra cost. You are never billed twice, and you never need both subscriptions.

What's the difference between Starter, Pro, and Agency?

Capability is identical on all three, and all of it is included at every level. What changes is capacity, measured two ways: companies, meaning client sub accounts, and locations inside them. Starter is $99 a month for 1 company and 10 locations, Pro is $199 for 10 companies and 50 locations, and Agency is $299 for 50 companies and 100 locations. Past your company limit, extras are $9.90 a month each on Pro and $4.00 on Agency.

Why does CRM Starter include fewer heatmap credits than GBP Starter?

Because credits are not what the higher price buys. CRM adds lead tracking, call recording, pipelines, automations, client reporting and sub accounts on top of everything in GBP and Heatmaps, and the credit allowance is a separate dial. If you need more credits on any level you can buy them without changing plans.

What counts as a company?

A company is a client sub account: its own locations, its own users and its own reporting, kept separate from your other clients. Starter covers one company, Pro covers 10 and Agency covers 50.

Why am I being charged extra?

On CRM, extras are companies past your level limit at $9.90 or $4.00 a month each, citations at $20 a month per location you switch on, extra heatmap credits if you buy them, and call tracking numbers, which are their own plan. Nothing else is added automatically.

Do you charge per user or per seat?

No. You can add unlimited team members, VAs or contractors at no extra cost on any level. You pay for companies and locations, not seats.

Should I start on CRM or on GBP and Heatmaps?

Most agencies start on GBP and Heatmaps at $59 and move up when they want leads and pipelines in the same place as their local SEO work. Nothing is lost in the move, because CRM contains the whole GBP toolkit. If you are not sure, start lower and upgrade anytime.
